Left Coast Shines at San Diego’s First-Ever Licensed Cannabis Festival, Farmers Cup ☀️🍃
Left Coast was thrilled to be a highlighted vendor at the Farmers Cup, San Diego County’s first-ever publicly licensed cannabis festival. Held on March 15 at Moonlight Amphitheater in Vista’s Brengle Terrace Park, the event marked a major milestone for the region’s cannabis community.
The festival, featuring over 80 vendors, live music, and on-site consumption, brought together industry professionals and cannabis enthusiasts in a celebration of legalization and community. With a music lineup headlined by Berner and including Luniz, Bishop Snow, and more, the atmosphere was electric. Over 3,000 people attended, making it one of the biggest cannabis events in the region.
“What makes this event so special is the ability to purchase and enjoy cannabis legally in a festival setting,” said Joshua Caruso, the event’s organizer. “It’s a historic moment for San Diego.”
As an Oceanside-based cannabis company, Left Coast was proud to be part of such a groundbreaking event. “It’s our favorite cannabis event of the year, I personally have been to the last 5!” said David Torres, Marketing for Left Coast. “The Farmers Cup is a perfect place for the community to connect and learn more about the plant.” said Zoraya Cesarman, Brand Ambassador for Left Coast Extracts.
Left Coast had the opportunity to meet countless attendees in person, many of whom expressed their appreciation for the quality of our products. Seeing so many satisfied customers reaffirmed our commitment to excellence. The event also featured a VIP lounge hosted by Sessions by the Bay, previewing San Diego’s first cannabis café, set to open April 18.
Beyond the festivities, the Farmers Cup symbolized progress in normalizing cannabis in public spaces. The presence of law enforcement ensuring safety—not prohibition—was a striking shift from the past. Attendees embraced the moment as a step toward broader acceptance and future growth.
For Left Coast and other vendors, the event underscored the importance of continued advocacy and expansion.
“This is just the beginning,” Cesarman said. “The more we show how responsible and community-driven this industry is, the more we can push cannabis forward.”
With the success of the Farmers Cup, San Diego is paving the way for more legal cannabis events, and Left Coast is excited to be at the forefront of this movement.
